How Our Property Management Referral Program Works:
- Simply click the “Referral Form” link below & provide as much information as possible
- Our team will contact your client to assess management needs & available options
- If our services match your client’s needs, appropriate property management agreements are put in place & you are assigned as their referring agent
- As a “thank you” for each successful referral agreement, you will receive a fee based on the rate structure below after all management paperwork is final or the property is leased.
RATE STRUCTURE
Short-Term/Vacation: $1000 flat fee per rental
Long-Term Residential: 1/2 of first month’s rent
for the life of your client’s property mgt agreement
(new tenant only, not current lease renewal)
Commercial/Land: 1/2 of first month’s rent

While our company employees licensed agents, we do not represent buyers or sellers through Next Level PM, LLC. By referring your clients to us directly, you are listed on the client’s file as the referring agent and will be notified if/when your client decides to buy or sell the property you referred.
